My dad owned a SAGA before. Saga Iswara 1997. Solid car and strong, the ride and handling is comfy and sporty thus engaging. Plus it was a manual. Planning to get this premium s in ruby red, test driven it already, handling is good and snaps in place, comfortable and solid. Thank you for this review Chris

I own the saga premium 2019... Very satisfied with the value the proton had offered. Very comfort... No complaints for that price range.

This car is still great value for money! I just wish the infotainment system is a lot more smarter like the Iriz/Persona but yeah that's going to cost a lot more and the saga is supposed to be the "kereta rakyat" so I get it, they don't want to mark up the price too high. Well done Proton! I've heard some news going around about the supposed "S50" sedan from the the Geely Emgrand model I'm really excited for that one, if they ever going to launch it, hopefully next year

I drove the previous version..i mean before this face lifted version top spec..very good sound system using Bluetooth, comfy and nvh is pretty good the only gripe that i have is the seat is a little too high for my liking .even at lowest setting..overall it is a value for money car.

from the saga-city range of cars there's no need to buy the top variant. Just get the base and do it up yourself to your own specs. Nappa seats, rims, carplay, lighting. You probably save 20-30k (disclaimer: check if it voids warranty).

It's a big improvement compared to the 2019 Saga aka, Hyundai Saga (4 speed Hyundai :p) The leather on the steering is nice to touch, they improved the audio settings with better bass and treble.

Thanks for watching!! I can't recall if there is a dial to turn the ac vent to defog the front windscreen, if there isn't one that's quite surprising! I guess your best recourse wld be to keep a chamois/cloth handy then 🙏🏽😊

Problem with a touch screen in a right hand drive car is that you need to be dextrous with the left hand..

Actually the trick is you don't float your hands when trying to touch a specific area but rather put your thumb or a finger at the side of the screen nearest to the specific area that you want to touch, then using another finger to touch the specific area that you want. Got what I mean?

Saga premium specs. More worth it. Can consider segment B class at RM40K plus. Saga design much better. No understeering sound. Less road sound. Proton cars RPM fix higher & got automatic econsave functions. Got sports mode. Perodua automatix fix rpm lower. Proton full Km range can beat perodua now. Bezza design. Is box, flat steel design car. All new Saga, interior n external design, very good. Perodua. RM40K cannot ge t big leg room cars. Don tell me Perodua service still at 3 months each and 5,000KM each still. Proton is 10,000KM each service, 6th month each service. Technology now with Proton. N design. Perodua design max copy Toyota…

Well imho at least they're still offering decent pickings in the lower segment and market too, instead of only targeting X70 type buyers. I admire the fact that they're sticking to their roots and trying to provide decent means of personal transport for the masses, and not just the slightly more well to do 😊👍🏽
