Loving the green set Aldi do great cheap dupes dont they the fibre birthday cake bars the cherry alpen dupe bars and their hot cross buns are my faves to buy I always go to Asda Oadby around 12 on a Saturday or 3 on a Sunday makes my shopping come to less than a fiver for food for the week being reduced! 👏😄💖

My mental health is absolutely fine in regards to food and calories - I think I have a healthy approach to food - everything in moderation. I don’t track my calories, I’m just aware of what I eat which I think is also important in leading a healthy lifestyle.

Why would you assume such things about her just because she is posting videos online? First of all, if you don’t like it don’t watch her content. Second, if you don’t have something nice to say just keep it to yourself and lastly a lot of ppl find it helpful to include calories especially when you’re on a diet or just want to have a healthy balanced lifestyle and don’t have the best metabolism so it helps to keep track of what you actually consume. that negativity is totally unnecessary and unwelcomed in this community.
