I have anti mog I took a dose of rituximab yesterday. I want to ask about the JC virus because it's positive for me. I've read online that taking immunosuppressants with this virus can cause focal encephalopathy, and my doctor didn't tell me. This was only reported by the hospital when I finished my rituximab treatment yesterday. It was written about this virus only by the hospital yesterday. I am confused whether to continue with rituximab or to stop. Does anyone have information about this case?
