It's really a testament to how well Garrett can throw that he is in the mix as often as he is with that put of his. He really makes the basket as small as you can possibly can and still go in.

@@carlholland3819 hyzer putts can give you some of the longest comeback putts. Especially if the basket is on a hillside.

@@carlholland3819 Yep! That is definitely the advantage. That's why it can be an effective style for amateurs that are bad at putting (reduces 3-putts). But for a top pro, you need to be draining 45-footers, not worrying about a 25-foot comebacker.

My buddy got two aces within 4 holes on thanksgiving. It was legendary. Then another buddy got a sick ace 3 holes later. 3 aces in one round. They use the course in a local B tier but id still say it’s a shorter technical course. Hudson DGC Ferguson MO

I feel like Thomas is the most inconsistent player that has elite talent. His game is so well rounded, there isn’t a shot he can’t throw, and he has a good putt (see jomez putting game) but as soon as there’s any sort of stakes he’s not able to put it all together consistently. Hope to see more from him in 2023
