I have over 50 perennials started from seed this year, and more starting this week. For about $15 in seeds I'll end up with almost a 100 plants when I'm done this year. It's a good mix between "just throw out some seed bc it's cheaper" and "I have to spend hundreds of dollars at the nursery".
