What a first week our new seedlings have now had. Rain and flooding in Victoria and up here in the Ranges. We are very blessed to be on such a slope and thoughts go out to those around us affected ❤️

Yep lots of rain, your garden is doing about the same as mine. Fingers crossed the weather comes good.🌞

It has really been pummelled since then😪. I popped a short on of the most recent impacts. It will be interesting to see if things warm up and plants spring back or not. Im crossing my fingers too 🤞🤞🤞

Lovely video! I too have so many “mystery” plants.. lol. Mine caused by a toddler who, unbeknownst to me, got into my seed starting area and pulled all the icy pole sticks out of each spot! Oh well.. let’s just see what happens! 😄

Hahaha, hopefully your dog stays off the new plants with the random tools and reo! We haven't had any luck with our peas but our coriander has gone nuts. It's so weird how some things work better for others. I love all the flowers and the onion circle, that's going to look amazing when they get bigger. I love a good random volunteer plant! Thanks for another great video, it's so nice to see how everything is going :) Kat

Glad you enjoyed the wizz around the plantings. So far so good with the random reo and tools 🤣👍 Haven't had much movement on growth with all this cold and wet weather since planting. So Im crossing my fingers.

Loved your video. You could use plastic milk ottles with the base removed to protect your smallr seedlings. Your not the only one to miss label, I picked up a small pot with what I thought should be oregano only to discover a pumpkin or maybe a cucumber? Cheers

Mislabelling definitely brings a sense of suprise into gardening! 😁 The idea of the bottles is a really good one. Its been such a terrible weather start to the year, they would have done well from the greenhouse effect of the bottle also.

our snow peas are going nuts like yours! I'm basically going to turn into a snow pea with the amount I've been eating. I haven't planted the seedlings out into the beds yet because of how ridiculous the weather has been. Not sure how they will go. Got them outside in pots not mostly, but they aren't enjoying it too much so far.

It really is such an ordinary season and its hard to know what to do with planting out. I held off on planting out my seedlings much longer than normal. If you are looking for something a little different to do with your snow peas, have you considered fermenting some? I will pop a link to how I do it for you.

@@Bush_Edge_Homesteading_Aus thanks for that! Might be a good idea! We have so many! We laugh that we are snow pea farmers now 😂
