North Carolina doesn’t do number digits like that were the first two numbers are the year model and the last two numbers are just the number of the bus….. you must be thinking Georgia sir

Yes we do! But unfortunately they are not at my school they are at one of our lots not too far from my school.

@@lorenzogore3536 a bunch. I can only think of two of them that are in my transportation area. One is a 2013 c2 numbered as 1720 and another one is a 09 or 10 c2 numbered as 1438 if I’m not mistaken i might be off on that number

So a majority of our fs65s are still running around doing regular routes and some are hitting that mile mark and are becoming spares. Most likely we won’t pull them all off the road until a majority of them have hit that 300k or higher mile mark so until then they will be retired slowly but regardless we get new buses every year so that will replace some of them but not all of them.
