2022 Yamaha FZS v3 Detailed Review - Worth it?

*I Own This Bike & Did 15000+ km in 4 months* Pros - 1) Very comfortable to sit and ride for long distance. 2) Awesome milleage, I get 60-62 kmpl by riding at 55-65 kmph avg speed. 3) Smooth engine. Cons - 1) Turning radius is much big. 2) Engine heats up sometime. 4) Ground clearance could be better. 5) I recently did a ride of total 1000 km (Siliguri to Guwahati) with a pillion, I must say it is definitely NOT a suitable bike for 450+ kms per day touring. Single rider can barely do comfortably but NOT with pillion. My overall review is, if Comfort and Milleage is concerned definitely go for this.

I own fzs v2 2017 model. And it is so good that i don't want to trade it for anything else. Good for cities, highways and hills. And long tour as well.

I remember when u reviewed the FZS V3 back in 2020, and u started it and said 'the torque ekdum zook se hit karti hai aapko, super refined engine' I knew i had to get this Ever since then a proud FZS V3 owner and a dedicated fan of yours. There was however so much that could have been incorporated into this machine. Review is on point as usual!

YAMAHA FZ-S V3.0 DELUXE on road 1.5 lakh in my area and this price point this bike does not make any sense to buy. In FZ-S you got : 1. Old Quality Instrument Cluster 2. Head lamp is not good in night 3. Less power ( plus point is it give around 53 kmpl milage in my rural area) 4. Build Quality ( after 3rd service, i see some pannel gape) 5. Vibration comes after 80 kmph ( but under 80 engine response was supeb 👌)

Watch your both videos of fzs v3 and pulser n160? For daily commute of total 80 to 90 km which one is better? If we consider comfort and vibration. And also single channel abs of fzs is enough while we compare it to dual channel abs of n160 in daily usage?

What about latest Xtreme 160r. It has now external grab rails and the hump in the pillion seat is removed now.... That bike is a perfect blend of mileage with performance.....also gets all led setup and better instrument console. Although, fzs engine is very smooth but Xtreme has also good refinement..... So, according to me Xtreme 160r is better than fzs .... Mileage is also almost same...

This is one of the worst bike. When you ride with 80 to 90 kg pillion lower parts of engine clearly touching ground in speed breaker. Worst suspension.This bike has very low gear ratio driving in trafic is tedious. You need to kerp on changing gear. Cluch plate will wear very quickly. Mine old Splendor 125 is way better than this bike. I didn't expect such worst quality bike from yamaha. Free Service charge in bangalore is arround 1k to 1.5k. I don't know how much paid service is going tobe. I don't know why some people do fake promotion of this bike.
