申請資格 :65歲以上長者，以及65歲以下因殘疾或其他特殊情況，符合資格的人士，
並且是美國公民或至少連續5年居住在美國的合法居民

步驟一:參加註冊傳統聯邦醫療保險
A部分幫助支付住院和住院護理費用，
B部分幫助支付醫生門診和門診護理費用
