the facilities are too good but room not that spacious enough

讲真的,LRT 隔壁那个 car park 对很多人来说是超级方便,可是竟然拿来起 condo 确实很可惜,因为这个地方,从 carpark 空地看吉隆坡美景还有高塔是看到的。只是觉得有些可惜罢了,因为这个 car park 对于很多住在附近的是一个回忆。 从单位来看,面积是觉得小,大部分是往上班族,单身族,或者小家庭作为售卖对象,面积介于480方尺到868方尺之间,尚算可以,但排风方面真的要看看。然而比起其他 condo 类型,这个 condo 的 facilities 我只是认为比较 OK , 70分。

do you know the PUDU LRT sound will be a nightmare. if the track was not covered. living on top of this developement you will be cursing everyday
