Awesome guitarist. I llove her music. Great artist.

Holy cow. @Sue Foley, you might be my favorite blues guitarist since SRV. Just amazing. The way she gets a feel for what fits each song, each moment, it's not just prepackaged riff crap. Not just a display of lightning speed...it's putting the emotion of the blues into each chord, each bridge, just freaking fantastic.

I am in the same boat as you, since SRV we have another stunning guitarist and it ain’t a man, absolutely stunning, she could cause a true blues revival.
@DrAdams-fx6gy4 ай бұрын
It sounds like she plays with Jimmy Jimmy Vaughn who could play great rhythm guitar but terrible leads. They sound like they could match. Her leads are cut off at points where they shouldn't. She's still learning I hope? To compare her to SRV is crazy.,Jimmy stood in his brother light, if he didn't people wouldn't even know who Jimmy Vaughn is.
@richietownsend67372 ай бұрын
@@DrAdams-fx6gyJimmy Vaughn was well known with the Fabulous Thunderbirds before Stevie Ray hit it big. Saying he stood in his brother’s light is ill-informed and insulting. Jimmy Vaughn’s playing is sparse, tasteful, and everything it needs to be to tell a story, as is Sue Foley’s. If you knew anything about blues guitar, you’d understand that. Both of them can tell a story and please an audience as much or more than any blues shredder. Your opinion of how someone’s playing should flow is purely subjective. ☮️☮️
