Help! I already learn this questions but my notary give me a package with 128 questions to learn. There’s around 43 different questions 😭 and the package said (2020 version) all I want to know is that which one is the one they are asking? 2008 or 2020 version? 😭 my interview is next week

Hi Jorge! The 2020 test with the 128 questions was canceled. USCIS reverted back to the 2008 Version (💯 question) Civics Test for everyone now. Hi Fatoumata Rouamba. Congratulations on passing your interview!! Well done! Now to clear up this small issue... Your step-daughter should have been listed on your N-400 application under the children section. All children must be included, even step-children, so hopefully she was on your application. Since she is under 18, they might ask for a birth certificate or for information regarding child support. If you filed based on marriage to a U.S. citizen, they might also check for marriage fraud. *Regardless, if it is a problem, they will send you Form N-14, Request for Evidence, and tell you exactly what you need to submit for additional evidence. If it is not an issue, they will just send you an Oath Ceremony notice with a date to attend your ceremony.* The "Decision Cannot Yet Be Made" is a common result for many reasons, including something as simple as having a new officer check with the supervisor before signing off on the approval. Hopefully you will hear back soon! Please keep us posted!! ❤️

If interviewer ask what about your country back in your origin?? How to answer this question

Hi Miss Ali. An officer might ask for your "Country of Birth" and also for your "County of Citizenship or Nationality." Sometimes these answers are the same and sometimes they are different. It depends on your personal immigration history. Please bring all passports to your interview (even expired ones).

They only give you a paper when you fail the exam read over the paper, and it will let you know what you have passed and what you failed

Hi Jake! So sorry for the delay in your case decision. If you received Form N-652 at the end of your interview with the box checked, “You passed the tests of English and U.S. History and Government,” but also the box, “A decision cannot yet be made about your application,” please know that this result is quite common. It usually means the officer that conducted your interview needs to get the interview signed off by his/her supervisor. This often happens when the officer is new. As long as you didn't have any issues with eligibility or the N-400 application, ESPECIALLY in Part 12 (the "Have you EVER..." questions), AND as long as the officer did not ask you to send in any other documents or evidence (Request for Evidence RFE Form N-14), then you should be fine and hear back soon. If you don't hear back within a few weeks, please send a message directly through your online account using the “Inbox.” 👍 The online "Inbox" sometimes pushes things along a bit faster since the message goes directly to your field office. Ask if they were able to make a final decision on your case. Let them know your wife is already scheduled for an oath ceremony (give wife's name and A-number). Keep us posted!
