As a sixers fan I think Cade will be fantastic. People forget being a lead guard takes time to develop. Only 2 healthy seasons, and frequently faces perimeter doubles with a defender waiting for him in the paint. Wing defense sags off Detroit “shooters” for dig downs on him. The attention he got is rarely seen on good teams. 7.5 assist given that defense focus is amazing. Glad to see they got a few veterans who can space the floor some more, excited to watch him grow

Cade is going to have an All Star year, hopefully the team can stack some wins and show improvement.

It’s taken almost 30 years since Grant hill to get a player of his caliber in this franchise. Lucky to have him and he should know that the entire state is behind him. I’ve been to 20 games live of his, he is the real deal. I hope he’s in a pistons jersey his whole career. What a talent. Now we have an actual GM putting real players around him. Weaver got caught with his pants down after his strategy was “Hope we get the number one pick”, and don’t sign vets. And we just got Malik Beasley. That’s Tobias, THJ, and Beasley who can actually shoot it around Cade. I bet he averages 9-10 assists.

@Cerecyte1221 😂😂😂, I see a lot of dwade and manu ginobli in his game, I'll also add that you can say he's literally tayshaun prince, rip hamilton, and chanuncey buillups rolled into one player for the pistons 😂😂😂

@@Cerecyte1221 Tmac Could not shoot if you talking about 3's. His mid game was money though and so is Cades. Obvious on the athleticism point tho. But shooting wise Cades gonna be better hes already just as good

@siptang8122 күн бұрын
Pistons called up like 18 Gleague players to play last year and half of them ended up getting a chance to start. That's what Cade had to work with... Imagine if you give him just average NBA level talent on the team... Also Coach Monty benching Ivey for Killian the first 20 ish games was a massive fail too smh.

Cade deserves some help. He has to be great every possession for us just to stay in games. That's too much to ask.

Hopefully Cade is the first piece. But no clue what kind of offensive scheme they're running, but "...give the ball to Cade and clear the key" only works so far.

Can someone make an honest analysis of his game from last season. I don't think he was very good. I think a lot of people are grading on a curve due to spacing. But I don't think spacing instantly alleviates him of a bunch of his bad habits.
