​​@@CoasterFan2105Hey I Had for Announcement Today Let me tell you some Good News THE AMTRAK GULF COAST CORRIDOR IS BACK ON AMTRAK SERVICE IN 2024 The Amtrak Mardi Gras Service is Intercity rail planned Gulf Coast Corridor Limited between Mobile to New Orleans Today Like stop 4 Mississippi Station like Gulfport. MS Pascagoula Close to Mobile Alabama Biloxi MS and Bay St Louis on March 2023 amtrak referred to the new service simply as the Gulf Coast And Reiterated that two daily trips route will begin in fiscal year 2023 and June 2023 amtrak is running test trains along the Corridor and continues to make an agreement with CSX Norfolk Southern and Amtrak to Start the First Quarter of 2024 They name the train Called the Mardi Gras Express in August 2023 the $200M Federal grants they announced just over $178 Million dollars money of the Gulf Coast Corridor on the Southern Rail Commission project improvement Partnerships to $500,000 Grant in December 2023

2023 has been a great year for railroading. Railfanning was great in 2023 too. Now Rail Preservation has been picking up in 2023. Its been a long and wild ride in 2023. That's a ton of trains you caught this year.
