Most of these tractors can’t be called antique.

The definition of antique in most states is 25 years or older. At 25 years you can apply for antique tags. Currently that's 1999 or older. I own a 1997 Ford L9000 and it's antique according to my state. I can have antique tags as long as it’s private and not for hire.
