I have a 2018 q7 prestige and im thinking of getting a Q5 sportback but i am afraid its too small.. i only have one child, but i like space.. do you recommend?

I have a 2 year old and a 12 year old. It’s good enough space for me, but with a carseat in back, I’d only place one adult back there. If you’re used to more room, I’d stick with the Q7 or Q8.

Gd damn I love this car. It’s stunning on the exterior, but I’m on the fence with getting one cus I find it utterly boring in the interior. That front dash is a huge step back. It’s so pedestrian, so basic, there’s just nothing to it. It’s a crime they couldn’t spruce it up like in their other models, or even like VW.. their GTI dash is gorgeous. Anyway, it’s the weakest part of the car for me

I was choosing between Q5 X5 and GLE. Benz interior is the absolute best, bmw comes in 2nd Audi interiors are so boring like Tesla’s. I ended up getting the GLE. 7x better interior than the q5. Idk what people see in this car, outside looks good but interior is 10 years old compared to others

im so confused with audi q5 trims. whats the difference between this and a sq5? is the S in sq5 sportback?

A s-line and the SQ5 are slightly different trims and tune on engine I believe.

S-line is an aesthetic upgrade of the Q5. The SQ5 is a performance upgrade (which also includes aesthetic changes)

Bro i have this car now and before this i got Bmw X1 M 2.3 i Xdrive and BMW is better 40% then AUDI Q5 S-line ... i must say truth... i am not fan of any car ,for me is better better...

Very disappointing. Just traded in my 2020 Lexus RX for this and took delivery today. Don’t know what I was thinking. Nothing desirable about this vehicle. The technology in the 2020 Lexus was more advanced than this vehicle. The seats are like sitting on bricks, I cannot believe how uncomfortable they are. I’ll be renting a car if I have to drive more than 50 miles. Look elsewhere, this is a disaster!

Dealer incentives and what I thought was a good opportunity to switch manufacturers. I cannot believe how cheaply made an expensive car can be. Definitely not luxury but at the luxury price. In the showroom I thought it was clever design of space and probably still do but that comes with a caveat that loses everything luxurious. I hope I can be satisfied with what I gave up for at least a year or two. Very unhappy with this vehicle.

I happened to watch this review and I happened to see this comment. One question for you, did you ever think to test drive this vehicle before spending the money on it and switching from your Lexus? Sounds to me like you didn’t but I digress.

I most definitely test drove the vehicle before I purchased it. I thought the brick-like seats needed some time to break in thanks to what the dealership told me. I didn’t anticipate every feature of the computer and MMI to crash and cause huge issues which four months later Audi cannot repair. The lemon law is now being investigated.
