Beautiful! Love the minimalist approach. My question is can you get it under 100K fully loaded? You are competing with the adventure wagon kit which is less than 35K I believe. Either way you are on to something here for those of us that use our vans for life and recreation not living.

Our "Dreambuilder" package on a 144 chassis is $35k lifetime warranty and hand fit panels without the gaps of adventure wagon kits. The darn chassis plus wheels & tires are getting up there. We have some 2024s in the $80's coming 😬 just for the van. Adventure wagon is using lesser msrp vans if you compare. But less expensive. No wheels & tires. No fender opening kit and a few things we do a little better. For example, something as simple as a 3 way light switch in 2 locations (bed and entry) with a dimmer vs. manually turning the lights on 1 at a time.

Nice van. What’s the hourly rate for labor? Seems material wouldn’t be very much with this minimalistic design.
