Why do you want to remove the two plugs. If you do so, the bike does not work properly when it's already equipped with three and you take off 2. Unlike the new model which has complete new wiring and ecu etc too.

What he meant was that, in Brazil, Bajaj made this change to the engine of the Dominar 400 recently, there were three spark plugs and now it is just one spark plug. But the manufacturer did not inform customers that the motorcycles would have this change in manufacturing.

SCan comm error - that happens when the connections of the tank display are loose or low battery. Happens in my Bike too.

Also, why cant an E20 bike(20% ethnol) have two three spark plugs ? Kindly share. I thought e20 norms mean vehicles have to be compatible to run on e20 fuel. That's all. we still dont know if its Marketing Material Mistake unless they share the Tech or a new triple electrode spark plug unless we open one bike. Its the BS6 2 norms probably which they probably can achieve with just one plug, so they must have discontinued the other 2. All a mystery. but the bike works in same manner as any other UG onwards dominar

Triple spark will ignite unburnt fuel and that causes more Nitrogen Oxide to release to atmosphere. This is for the bs6 phase 2 emission norms. There will be very miniscule power loss compared to before but you will not feel the difference.

Again e20 fuel and this tech is different. E20 tech change has rolled out in almost all other vehicles too. That change is to reduce the usage of Fuel overall . It was a mandate for registration post april 2023.

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs Dipen bhai well they could have gone with left or right side instead of middle to avoid taking the tank off just to change spark plug, just like the KTM's and other bikes. Just cause you are used to opening the tanks doesn't make it convenient for others. I know it's a small issue but it's is an issue.

@@amni1927 it's not about me being used to . Infact I hardly work on my bikes these days. It's the fact with correct placement and what has been working so far. Just because you can't open it, does not mean it's inconvenience. Up your skills. And by the way plugs these days don't need to be opened so frequently these days . Those days are gone. And plugs are much more secure below the tank, less water seepage, and less shots. You should not have compared my working in the above case, absolutely wrong of you to do that buddy.

Nice informative video buddy. Just a question, i was planning to buy thia bike and hence gone through lots of reviews and videos. One thing that freaking me out is 80% owner of E20 version dominar saying that due to single spark plug and E20 compliant norm (for which they have changed the head cometely) there are more vibrations than BS6? As you are saying its feels smoother and less vibrations. Please do the long test drive for us and explain in detail about this issue (As you are a dominar owner and riding it since long you are a perfect person to explain it). Thanka in advance.

Bro I rode dominar 400 2019 model around 500 km trip before booking dominar 2023 e20 model .no differences as of such..vibration is there at 55 to 70 after and before that it's butter smooth..

@prasannavignesh3387 other way round buddy. If the engines keep changing, then old engine spares wont be available. But if only slight tweaks are made and same engine is used, you get the spares easily as it is used across a larger band. Think logically and practically.
