I would like to recommend Meredith over Chang Pu if you're not dealing with CC. She's farmable from Chat through Ripple Dimension. Not only will you still have healing, you now use a unit that starts turning useful in Fafnir, Desolate Lands, PvP & Club contents.

Gonna disagree, and say D2F2P got it right. Meredith is a great mid/end-gane Esper in a lot of situations, but just isn't going to heal enough in that early to mid game range compared to Chang Pu who will be healing a TON. Chang Pu is honestly a very underrated early/mod game Esper, especially at R6 (which is obviously very easy to do very fast, being a Rare). She carried me straight through to endgame; even though I had Heng Yue as well there are many times in midgame that I did much better with CP.

Don't forget. F2p can include the ripples(ye suhua and Meredith) as well as from the various shops. Donar(lol), Fabrice, sander, dhalia, lu yi and eventually asenath. All very useful for lots of content.

I also would recommend Daddy's comp from his videos months ago, which is: Clara(if you have her/IMO replacable with Dhalia for the ap boost, or Chang pu for the immunity), Jiang Man, Eira, Pritzker, and Long Mian(IMO replacable with whoever 1st legendary you got from the first 10 pulls)

F2P here, been running sth similar and glad to see I been doing the right thing! started about 2 weeks ago. got dead lucky and first 5 10 pulls got me 3 leggos, have Clara and Ollie, so im using Ollie for speed lead, both death guards and Clara for heal and cleanse, then running tang xuan. haven't built Jiang man yet, but I have pulled her without claiming the free starter hero and did want to ask, do you recommend I pick up jin-hee or a second copy of Jiang man

Do you plan on doing a starter new account and showing how you farmed, geared getting twins maybe stopping when you get to lvl 16 dungeons and maybe giving account away to one of your subscribers? Everyone shows starter teams but they already R6 with endgame gear. Be nice to see a complete walk through f2p account creation. Great content thanks

dude, i dont know if you still need help, but you have some of the best espers in the game! gaius is an amazing fighter, and clara is an amazing healer so build those 2 up(you also have abigail and ahmed for healers, so if you have plenty of options to build your playstyle around), ashley is another great esper
