Thanks for sharing! I also got this last week from Costco and noticed the "chemical" smell you mentioned. I unpacked it but haven't used it yet-did you find that the smell went away after you used it? It filled my apartment and my car with a smell that reminds me of nail polish.

Yes, the smell has mostly gone away after taking it out in water but I also noticed that when I press the button to deflate it, there is a huge gush of the same smell coming from inside of it. So better hold your breath when you start to deflate it and quickly move away to avoid inhaling any of that “chemical”.

Доски этого производителя реально опасны. Через месяц после покупки, доска расклеилась и взорвалась на пляже при давлении 10 psi, повезло, что не во время плавания. Выбросили 20 т. рублей. Купили две доски известного проверенного производителя, радуемся от души.

Why is mine taking 30 mins to fill up and it’s still not full

Interesting, it could be for two reasons I think - 1. It could be a user error i.e. the tube on your pump is loose from either ends and hence the air escapes. 2. It could be a manufacturing defect i.e. either your pump or your board has a defect. Contacting support would be your best bet or you could take it to your local paddle board shop and see if they can help. Happy paddle boarding :)
