As far as yearly spreads I added for next year a spread for each season that had reflection questions and a place to jot down what I’ve watched and enjoyed in that season.

I like the idea of a spread to track my books so I might add that. Maybe title, author, genre, themes, how much I enjoyed it and any memorable quotes.

For my yearly setups I like to have a Future Log (no Year at a Glance), year in pixels for my Walk Tracker and Health Tracker, a page for my cat's medication she needs every 3 days, and lastly a When Did I Last page. For 2023 I might add a fold out Grid Spacing Guide as I am always counting lines!

hi jill :) i'm adding a grid spacer and as i set it up i realised how helpful it will be in the future! what i am doing again this year is a "word of the year". i used to do this way before bulletjournaling and i realised how much i loved that guidance

My must have are a, haha, a year at a glance, covering a full two page spread - because I like the look of it. I've always done it (predating phones etc.) so it's a comfort thing for me. Next is my important dates, eg. school holidays, so that I have one place at a glance for when I'm updating my Google calendar, wall calendar, etc. On the other page I have a list of all my subscriptions. A new page I'm going to try this year is the 'year in pixels', done in weeks, so I can see the times that I'm busy or tired, and stuff. Then a 'notes for the year', which is a mind map of things like aims (rather than goals), things I'd like to do, etc. All very low-key so that it doesn't stress me out! Lol, I have to say, I'm a pencil out a few times kind of person - I just find it relaxing. Isn't it wonderful how different things work for different people?

1. Yearly goals (personal, home, career, financial) 2. 45 things I love about me (I am 45 yo) 3. Years pixels (one for mood/period and the other for workouts) 4. financial flow 5. when did I last (change toothbrush, water filter, etc) 6. Then and Now (Jan 1 favorite food, song, hope, movie, trying etc and then Dec 31) 7. 23 in 2023 (books, movies, pedicures, date nights) 8. yearly highlights with 2 pictures for each month 9. this week i am grateful for.. 10. book tracker (audiobook, kindle and paper). Can't wait to start!!!! Thanks for asking and also sharing your skills with us!!!

Hi Rylee, love the bullet journal as always. Maybe I'm bonkers but I always have a sunrise-sunset chart. I also like to have a budget tracker for household bills, the big stuff, energy, mortgage, insurances - I like to know what's looming so I can plan ahead. I don't tend to keep up with a lot of the logs so I haven't got any of them. I do like a savings tracker, these are for small projects (a greenhouse at the moment). I pick an achievable amount per month and use this as a ring of a ladder, with the goal at the top. I'm a really visual person, graphs aren't as effective for me as seeing the rings filling up. I do like your weekly layout very much, I've borrowed that for my own planner xx

My friend tried to set up a bullet journal this year. She actually spent hours picking themes on Pinterest and trying to adapt them. Ended up taking way too long and she only completed 5 months when she got the time. That's what made bullet journals seem intimidating to me.

I am SO EXCITED that your next round of journals is going to have 192 pages!! That was honestly one of the main reasons I didn't purchase from the first round; my bullet journal this year is going to end up being 195 pages and although I'll probably have closer to 180 pages next year, a 160 page journal just wasn't going to cut it for me. As far as spreads I am not going to use next year, where do I start?? Since this was my first year bullet journaling, I put a bunch of stuff in my journal just to see what I would end up using. I had 10 yearly spreads in this year's journal and I'm only going to keep two of them next year, my title page and the future log/YAAG. But I am also going to add an order tracker and a monthly cleaning template, and maybe a things to check out/wishlist page. I can't believe I only discovered bullet journaling a year ago, I wish I had known about it years ago!
