I actually like the "Camaro" aesthetic on the recent Blazers (especially the RS model), but the look absolutely doesn't work for the Equinox. The recent Equinox models look like boulders on wheels. The design of the upcoming Equinox EV's looks much better. And the 2025 ICE versions appear to be reverting back to the older Equinox design, which is a plus.

Chevrolet does a good job with vehicle design. Rather than the old 3.6 this vehicle should have the revised 2.7 used in other GM vehicles.

I suspect this’ll be the last year or two for it before they drop in the 2.5 turbo as a replacement. Probably just using up existing production contract and preparing for a redesign.

I mean, it's a good looking SUV for sure. I just don't know if there's anything else about it that stands out. Too many better options and reliability is always a question with Chevy.

I wish they would put the 2.7L truck engine in the Blazer or even the 2.5L instead of the anemic 2L turbo that they've got instead. I'd much rather have a detuned version of that engine making 280hp and 350lb-ft of torque.

In other countries, most people cannot afford a new car. In the US, people complain about the feel of materials, about having to push a button more than once or things like that, or about not being seated on the most comfortable seat in the world, and everything is usually "meh, not bad, ..."

Why the hell would you expect a SUV to drive and handle like a Camaro? Any reviewer expecting such results should consider another line of work. America has a well developed urban grid and interstate highway system, so why the concern with handling around corners? This is not a cartoon.

@@ethanbaker8496 The question was to the reviewer of the vehicle, but fair reply. The marketing is designed to leverage the heritage of the brand's reputation. Chevy really should have use another name. They neutered the Blazer & Trail Blazer name plates. That being said the vehicles are nice and I’m sure all around great go getters they just have the wrong names. While I’m tearing GM up, why the heck did they make the new Trax only FWD! On another note this vehicle is entirely to expensive when compared to other vehicles in this class.
