I saved myself a lot of $$$$ & just performed a muffler delete with a SS 3” delete pipe. Left the resonator in place - a bit louder then stock w/ a decent amount of turbo whistle. The L3B definitely breathes better now.

Note sure if this sounds any better than stock. Of course making a 4cyl sound good (unless a boxer) is difficult if not impossible imho.

I want to do something like this to my 23 Silverado LT with the same engine, but I'm not sure I want to amplify the engine note of this HO 4 cyl engine. Don't get me ering, it sounds pretty nice, but I'm still hung up on the sounds of my 02 silverado and my 08 tahoe.

How much Hp Gain? Back pressure on turbocharged engines is that necessary just like naturally aspirated ones?

Yes it will void the warranty I asked the service at my local chevy dealer and they said it will due to the change with emissions

@@nateedgar6481 since its a cat back, it keep the catalytic converter so it should have the same emissions right? It only changes the muffler which is for reducing sound and not reducing emissions right?
