2023 Chicago Marathon Expo at the McCormick Place, Lakeside Center

The 2023 Chicago Marathon Expo took place at the McCormick Place, Lakeside Center. It would open from Thursday to Saturday. Runners all need to pick up their Bibs at the Expo. There would be no race day pickup. I arrived at the Expo at about 9:30 am on Saturday Oct 7, 2023, after my morning shakeout run. The expo was so well organized. Everything ran smoothly. It didn't take much time to pickup everything I needed. The experience is so much better than that of Tokyo. At Tokyo, they first held all of us in our bus for an hour to check out vaccination status. Then it took another hour to get to the place to get our Bib, and more time needed to get everything else.
