I Love 💕 this Singlewide! Except the kids bedrooms are too small at 8x14, they need an additional 2 to 3 Feet. The Kitchen was a nice Family Size with an Island and Cabinet Space. The Accent Wall in Living Room was a Nice Touch for a Plasma Tv.

I Love 💕 this Singlewide! Except the kids bedrooms are too small at 8x14 and 9x10, they need an additional 2 to 3 Feet. Which can be taken from the Living Room or Kitchen. Or be made as a 2 Bedroom Hone at 14x76. The Kitchen was a nice Family Size with an Island and Cabinet Space. The Accent Wall in Living Room was a Nice Touch for a Plasma Tv. The Master Bedroom at 11x14 is a Little Small. I would add a 2x4 Wall to the Dinning Room to make Walk-in Closet with a Door Access while keeping the Window 🪟 for Daylight. 🙂😃😁

What a gorgeous S/W this is.Thank you Will for Sharing..mThe exterior is beautiful as well...Do spacious in the living room,thTs what makes a home is a good roomy living room..Live the window above the kitchen sink as well, absolutely A MajorPlus..The wall colors are perfect for the S)W ..Looks really light.... Will, when you said, WIDE?? You wasn't kidding!! This house 🏠🏡 is large and in charge!! This home has everything that you need and want!! It's big enough for lots of people to live in!! The Kitchen is spacious and cozy and warm and inviting!! Love the black appliances, and the well made cabinets. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic!! Just Completely Adorable!! Really nice design although I want a 1 bay larger farmhouse type sink. I wish MH Manufacturers would give us the option of mini splits with no registers. The furnace storage could be a closet. What is the insulation R value? Northern compliant?

Kitchen needs more drawers, put cabinets above the washer and dryer end glass door on master shower. Get rid of the middle bedroom to enlarge the front room and living room. Needs storage for linens and coat, vacuum and mop and broom closet otherwise nice home.
