The Giottiline Compact C60 (from Rapido Group) is an amazing compact, low-profile motorhome under 3.5 tonnes and only 5.99 metres in length. The mass in running order from the factory is 2.544 tonnes so there is plenty of slack to add extras like an awning as well as all your gear.
Its ingenious design enables 4 people to travel on belted seats and comes with an XL entrance door.
The living space feels delightfully airy as the light floods in through the large panoramic roof light and large side windows.
The seating may be configured as two sofas if only two travellers are on onboard, or converted to have two forward-facing seats with full 3-point inertia reel seat belts. The two cab seats swivel to add to the dining group.
The kitchen is equipped with 32 gas burners, a 3 way fridge-freezer with cooler box. There is good provision of cupboards and other storage options.
To the side is the clever washroom, there is a cassette toilet, washbasin and separate shower cubicle that can be set by opening the separate multi-function partition, the Toilette Vario.
The heating and hot water systems are fuelled by LPG gas (bottles not supplied). The waste tank is also heatable in the colder months to prevent freezing.
To the rear of the van is a transverse bed with folding steps, with door access to the garage beneath.
