Funny thing, when I visited Honolulu I found the drivers to be some of the most aggressive anywhere I'd driven...all at 35 MPH. They'd be absolutely crazy then pull over, park, get out and be like "Mahalo" as you drive by.

I was in Honolulu in September, and they can't drive for shit. I know a lot of them are tourists, but the locals have some weird entitlement thing going on as well.
