A few things to point out after I combed over the original video: Heeseung is just ENGENE's problem, even if he is your bias. Jungwon is just a cutie with a unique tone. At first, we did not really know what to expect from him as he has grown into his leadership position, but he has done really well. He and Heeseung having their arms around each other was such a sweet moment. Ni-Ki is becoming a lot more confident in front of the camera. Sunoo with his occasional vocal brilliance has drawn me closer to him as a bias wrecker. Sunghoon, along with Jake show off a bit of their raspiness. Jay rapping during "BLOCKBUSTER" is always such a treat. he is my bias, btw.

Sorry for the late response. We were trying to research this! You should be able to download the video so I'm not sure why it's not working for you. There doesn't seem to be a setting where we can toggle that off or on. We checked it with our other accounts and the download option seems to be working fine for us.
