It's a pretty special vehicle. The GV60 feels nicer than what you get from Audi, BMW and Lexus these days. Thanks for watching and commenting! - Craig

Just ticked up to 6,000 Miles on my standard edition. This has been the most fun car I have ever owned. I had ordered a model 3 from Tesla and had sat waiting for 3.5 months for my order to come in. I never even knew this car was out, the dealer had only sold 2 at the time so it was new. Once I saw it then drove it, I bought it on the spot. I knew the too spartan interior on the model 3 was already bumming me out and I hadn’t even received it. The Genesis interior was just too nice and had awesome tech that was frankly better laid out than the Tesla. Great review. We love our GV 60. Plus 3 free years of charging is a great bonus. Cheers!

i own one yes range can be something you might think of a negative...but we run it in eco and sometimes in comfort..and we get more range then advance.....so its fluid. No one drives the car at full tilt... its an amazing car....

Craig delivers another one. The hard part is that this is the luxury interior I want…. But the Ioniq 5 exterior is the style I love. There’s nothing I dis like about it. Sadly the Ioniq limited in the colors I want is the hardest car to buy in the USA. When it’s available dealers try to mark it up like their ford dealers.

Why do people hark on about having wired Android 'phone connection when the makers of Android 'phones say that wired is always best as wireless has a propensity to drop out and stop working. Which, if you're using an Android app for navigation, would be a bit of a bummer if you've gotten to a town you've never been to before and... _POOF!_ You've got no map. As for the GV60 itself. It looks really nice from the exterior point of view. I love that "V" shaped kink on the rear side trims and those double lights both front and rear. The interior is right up there with the best, probably even surpassing BMW and even Lexus too. And as it's from the South Korean stable of Hyundai, the reliability is going to be rock solid. So you won't have any problems with squeaky fittings after a five hundred miles or it's running gear. And then there is that Genesis badge. Doesn't it make you think that maybe it's a baby Bentley or Aston Martin at first glance?

GV60 supports 350kw charging, not 235.
@EVPulse Жыл бұрын
This is inaccurate. 800-volt can support up to 350 kW. However, the car itself caps at 235 kW.

@@EVPulse You know... I WATCHED this video BEFORE I bought the GV60! I remember you getting the peak of 235 kW now. My bad... I was going by what Genesis themselves advertise instead of real world performance! Leaving my comment because it shows how accurate you responsive you guys are.
@EVPulse Жыл бұрын
@@Cash0991 Genesis makes it confusing. When they say 350 kW, they mean you can plug it into a 350 kW charger. (Which is what Kia and Hyundai also claim). We think it's too ambiguous. So we completely understand why people would think it's 350 kW peak. So no worries! We appreciate you watching and commenting!

Okay I was initially skeptical about the value for money when comparing to the plebeian brethren, but this does seem to be quite the step up. Only issue is the styling, which yes I’ll have to wait to see one in person before passing final judgment.

Curious as to when you put solar panels so that the car can charge in the daytime as it’s driving down the road. I guess that’s a technology they’re not willing to work on or give us. I figure if you can get lithium batteries on an RV and put solar Panels on the RV to charge their batteries why can’t they find a way to do it on these EV vehicles
@toatoa10 Жыл бұрын
they have it in Japan! US regulators won't let us have solar cars, though... :(
