2023 Gheenoe Rally in the Keys | Key Largo, FL

We had a lot of fun at the 2023 Gheenoe Rally in the Keys at Sunset Cove Resort in Key Largo, FL. This year there were about 35 Gheenoes. We had some group runs to Toilet Seat Cut, the mangrove tunnels and Shell Key. If you have a Gheenoe and are interested in going next year, it is always the weekend after Memorial Day. We have the entire Sunset Cove resort and there is a nice resort next door as overflow. Watch the Gheenoholics facebook page after the first of the year and an event will be created. Great adventure thanks for sharing felt like I was there. Wasn't able to go had truck problem . My son was able to go saw him several times i let him use my noe did get scuffed up just add character to boat . The gheenoe community is great.

I took my Runaway Camper up to New Hampshire recently. The first couple of days in NH we had good weather. After that, it was horrible! Rain and drizzle every day. Temperatures in the mid forties to lower 50s! Like winter in Florida! 😀

Great video you two. Wish I could’ve been there. My dog Luna stops eating once she’s out of her routine also. And don’t get me started on the two anchor issues! My poor baby has prop scars, gunnel rubs, and push poles scars from boats that weren’t moored withe two anchors😩

They have a little extra parking. We have only been there for the Gheenoe rally and we can put 6 trailers in a few spots because we are the only group there. Not sure how they work on a normal day.

Best place is in the Gheenoholics Facebook group. Custom Gheenoe has the Big Gheenoe rally each September/October and varies the location. The Keys rally is always at the same place and the weekend after Memorial Day. There are many other smaller get togethers/rallies that come together through the facebook group.
