I did a program of 6 weeks training for begginers and I can't wait to start a new one. I love body combat and martial arts. In the past 5 years I did pilates but it's not really what I like to do now and it doesn't fit to my personality anymore. So I give it a try to an app and it works, I stick to it and I want to continue 💪

Mind set is everything when you start a new journey in your life. I broke my sugar addiction gradually, it was the only way to do it. I stopped using sugar in tea and coffee and replaced it with sweetener, it’s been 3 years now, and I can’t stand the sugar in my drink. Next it was physical activity, I stopped using buses to work and started to walk. Takes me about 25 minutes to walk and it’s a great exercise for mind as well. I reduced the level of chocolate and sweets I used to eat and lost 2 sizes within 3 months. Plus I added work out on a bike and exercise with kettlebells.

Thank you, but I actually don’t read that much comparing to many bookish bloggers I watch. It’s not unusual for them to read 100 books per year 😅 I usually read in the evening and on the mat when I practice yin yoga ☺️

I tried voiceovers, but my silent vlogs perform better. You might be surprised that silent vlogging is a strong niche and many people prefer calming music & ASMR sounds rather than endless stream of talking ☺️
