Ken was lucky with his knee, awesome to see him back for mx race. I did my knee almost 4yrs ago. Broke leg just below knee, every tendon ripped apart and torn from bone. 4 operation& Still can't feel leg below knee. Happened overjumping and knee flexed inwards and bounce when knee came back in position, felt like bounce on trampoline. Would love to get on your diet but in Australia it's so expensive for meat. Interesting to hear a rider talk about how poor the general mass market food is in the US. Would love to know more about what the top riders eat to stay in shape. Crazy how the years flip flop. Last year, the field was stacked, and the racing was amazing all year, with the c-ship going down to the wire. This year, um, not so much. But, it's still the best sport on the planet. Any word on Sexton? I'm assuming no, since he wasn't in this video.
