Sir, @FuelInjected Honda cars have a mechanism called reverse lockout so you cannot accidentally shift to Reverse from Neutral or any other driving position when the vehicle speed exceeds 7 - 9 mph (12 - 14 km/h).

At 14:30 , I own a Honda City Zx manual. The company has automatically disengaged reverse gear when the car is moving forward at 5th gear. So no matter what you do....there is no way you can hit reverse after 5th gear. Thanks !

The international Civic has this very engine in a turbo guise. That makes 170ish horsepower. If Honda India decides to keep just a 'RS' version with that powerplant and slightly thicker tyres, I believe that would be a very tough competition to the German twins.

I am driving 5th gen ZX MT from more than 2 years and that 6th gear and reverse gear is not at all an issue. You will get used to it very easily and you also hear a different sound and beep in reverse gear to clearly indicate that the reverse gear is engaged

And 15-16 kmpl for high is not correct... I am driven very fast with high revving even on 2 lane Highways and it never drops below 16-17-18.. and with little fast driving it will give easily 18-19 kmpl and normal driving 19-20 kmpl.. In city usage, what you mentioned is correct.. and if you are in a city with bumper to bumper traffic also, it will not drop down to single digit figures like other cars in this segment

You cannot compare Honda city vs creta automatics as there is a price difference of more than 3 lakhs. I would suggest you to go with city automatic if your running is less and more in city. As it is very smooth.

In Honda car....if you are driving and if the car is having any speed then....gear will not go to Reverse gear...
