I agree 100%. The 350 cc engine would be a much better choice for this scooter. 160 cc was definitely the wrong choice for most markets (Europe, US, AUS). Probably this will also be reflected in the sales figures.

Great design. Honda needs this style with a much larger motor for the U.S. I wouldn't want one but I know they would be huge here. People loved the Silver Wing and the Suzuki Burgman which both Companies have discontinued production on both models.

These upgrades for PCX 160 seem a little costly, considering the engine size and intended drive range. But, it would be GREAT to have these upgrade options for Forza 350 and 750cc.

This is mostly just for styling (making the bike feel much more substantial and expensive that it truly is - it's just a scooter) and short tours.

It might suit Asian populations where roads are crowded but in Australia, with wide open roads that stretch as far as the eye can see, the 160cc is just too small, especially if you put an 80kg pillion pax on the rear. This bike would be a sales winner with suitable power. It's a bit like buying a Ferrari with only a 1 cylinder engine!

In the US 250cc is the minimum for ramp entry highways. Personally, I feel much safer on a machine that will cruise with the maniacs. No less than 600cc, the power/weight ratio allows getting around the distracted drivers who are the cause of the vast majority of motorcycle fatalities,

@@Phred501 That's so very true. We can often avoid trouble or escape it with power and being lighter and more nimble than a car. I didn't know about the minimum motorbike Cc for highway entry. Wow. Makes sense though.

I think it is kind of an insult to their flagship bike the Goldwing. I think they need to rename it Goldwing Jr, or Goldwing City Edition. The big Goldwing is an interstate cruise, while the baby Goldwing is clearly for the city.

Nice looking bike but the 160cc engine is way too small for a bulky touring scooter with panier boxes, put an 80 or 90kg guy on this with 20kg of gear as well the poor little 160 will be struggling going up hills or into a decent wind, it should be at least 250cc and 500cc would be ideal.

Honda top, but not 160cc. Almost 500cc (CB500X ENGINE 40 km/L) of course navigation, music front and rear. (S-Matic as Honda Forza EX ABS 2008-2009 but with 16/17 inch wheels, It will be my great bike with goldwing comfort. I'm from Italy and many people think like me and it would be a sales success. PLEASE HONDA MAKE DREAM COME TRUE.

How fast does it go, what is the range, I like it but it's just too small. It must be a nightmare to work on with all that plastic. Make it a 400 or 500 cc bring it to the UK and it might do ok. But it depends on the price, it looks like a bike that would cost a lot of money and deliver very little.
