How the GSX-8S, with its larger displacement, higher compression ratio, ends up with lower HP output and almost same torque. I don't think Suzuki has much inferior engineering techniques as compared with Honda, there must be some reason or different priority in this bike.

The Honda is the cheaper bike. You could also add the dimensions. Honda is a bit smaller bike from front to back. Still, respect for the video work done. I know this wasn't easy.

As a Suzuki fan... what is the point of this bike, more expensive than a Honda, A HONDA! And worse on paper than the Hornet. A gsxs750 cost less than the gsx8s, has a lot more horsepower, even has a little more torque despite the lower displacement. I think these bikes are both downgrades from their predecessors. The Hornet 600/ CBR600f were awesome bikes, and I know the bandit and katana didn't proceed the gsx8s as nothing really did, but id take either of them any day of the week.
