2023 Hyundai Palisade 12.3" Navigation Update Changes | New Radio Screen!

In this video I show you all of the changes for the October 2022 Hyundai navigation (Maps) and software/firmware update for the 2023 Hyundai Palisade 12.3" infotainment. Hyundai has made it very easy to update the headunit yourself using Hyundai's navigation updater tool. This time around, Hyundai has added features and tweaked the UI on the radio screen.

I’m a new 2023 Palisade owner and must have activated my Bluelink because all these updates happened for me automatically. Imagine my shock when I hopped in my vehicle and my UI had changed without my knowledge. I was completely confuzzled as to what the hell happened 😅😅😅 Also the dashboard tachometers no longer change color when you change drive mode. For example Sport mode is no longer Red. It just says “SPORT” 😢 I miss my old UI and the Nixie tubes 😞

I have a 23 xrt, is there any way to change the cluster graphic? I like the digital dials and would like to try and get them

Honestly the best UI so far was the very first one on the 2020.

No, these are Hyundai provided updates. You cannot downgrade once updated.

I keep losing the radio function as well as sirius functionality. I keep trying to download the new update and i'm told that the download is unavailable... Any suggestions?

I have heard they may have pulled the recent update for bugs. It should be available again shortly.

They release updates twice a year for every model.

I can understand that part, but why is a car made in 2023 not already have the 2022 update. It's bull crap. Now I have to jump thru hoops to get my infotainment system updated so my radio will work again.

A 2023 car is not made in 2023. It’s made in 2022 so the car was already out on the market before the update

Not according to the system but I would leave it running just to be safe.
