Is there a window or the sunroof open at around 13:20, that's quite a fair amount of noise for a vehicle that supposedly has acoustic glass in the windshield and front row windows ?? Asking as i've seen 3 or 4 reviews now that mentioned sound deadening didn't seem as effective as last year.

No, KZbin always makes the videos a bit noisy, but in reality, it's very quiet on the road.
