I believe they’re supposed to switch to a crossplane crank at some point this season so that could improve the sound

Last time I was there for PLM in 2002 there wasn't a catch fence and the bravest spectators were behind the concrete ready to duck. I have some video of that and finally have a PC to convert DVD and post my personal library.
