Just bought 2023 grand Cherokee limited First, we had an issue with our trunk door being unevenly closed, which more likely will cause water damage, they fixed it under the warranty but it was not an easy task going through with dealerships, customer service, or the service center. Anyways after that issue was fixed, AC blew out hot air randomly, had to make an appointment with the dealer, and had to talk to Jeep customer care, going back and forth 8 times to the dealer, but it has not been fixed. All they saying is sorry, and to be patient, all I did was be nice and patient with the dealers and Jeep customer care. It’s been my worst nightmare won't buy anything from them ever again!

@@VagabondBuilds I love the brand , exterior solid styling and beautiful overall appearance. The interior trim is to die for OMG. It's gorgeous. (Not the black). I wish manufacturers would stop making so many black interior and black exterior cars. We can and know how to clean our cars!! I think the side HDMI is under rated and very confusing which Trim has it. I don't know what it exactly can do (no KZbin coverage) but I am assuming one can connect an Xbox? or Steamdeck? or other gaming device at min or connect an Android phone /Dex or laptop, etc. The refined detailed leather trim work in the summit is fascinating. Especially the non black interior. I think it's the only interior nicer than the Palisade Calligraphy. But too many trims and very confusing for the consumer. I wish they had a low trim cloth, high trim leather, electric and a true 4wd sport version. I still don't know which one is Summit and which is overland. Why some are L and why L has a lot less trims. And what's Wagoneer what's Grand Wagoneer and what's Grand L. Way too many models and types and trims as a consumer trying to pick one. Simplify it please!

@@davewilson7602 Jeep is a fantastic car, I test drove it and loved it. But again the MSRP is pretty much increased by $10K so they can offer $10K discount, and not more. For example a $65K Jeep with easy discounr to $55K has the similar features to a $54K Hyundai Palisade. I dont understand Jeeps pricing mentality but I guess it works for them. Another reason for that type of pricing is that when you offer a $10K discount (from $65K down to the real MSRP of $55K) then your customer wont ask for any more discount while on a $54K Palisade you can still negotiate a couple of thousand off. I ended up with a base model Palisade at $37K which has 80% of the features of a $65K SUV, include lane centering, highway drive assistant and smart cruise (combined together it basically does highway self driving and takes a lot of pressure off). Last week I did a 7 hour straight drive and felt so smooth and ended up not tired at all since I felt like I am a passenger, most of the stress of driving is gone when the car keeps you in the lane and follows the traffic, it even slows down when there is a town and speed limit suddenly drops and picks up after passing the town. Jeep doesnt have a base model that cheap unfortunately. No SUV base model offers this much tech.

Yes it does only in the "L" version. Standard 2nd row are captain's chairs. Second row bench seat is an available option and costs $750.

The idea of having 2 seats instead of 3 on the second row is super stupid. Imagine you have an airport run and need to fold down the third row for luggage. You can only take 3 people maximum.
