Gotta say, love the artwork better. It’s delicate which plays off of and balances the heavy stone jugs. Both are beautiful though 😊

Artwork is the winner. The mirror only reflects your ceiling and what looks like a vent from this viewpoint. The rest of the kitchen looks great! I love a re-fresh moment!

Love the frame on mirror, but prefer an art piece. Perhaps switch out mirror with an art piece to use ornate frame? Enjoy your tips!

The height of the mirror is better than the small print, in my opinion. It draws the eye up...I do think a kitchen print with a pop of color (the size of the mirror) would be perfect. The lampshades look great.

I do like the framed art on that shelve. When in the other room looking at the shelve, it draws my eyes to that shelve and gives a little bit of depth. To me there is still a sterile feel to the kitchen. Maybe adding few wood items to warm and cozy it up a bit. Thank you for sharing and inspiring😁😁😁

I love itttttt!!! You gave the kitchen more than a refresh. The pieces you picked gave it a bit more personality. She's giving me showroom, straight out of a magazine vibe but humble, lived in and a space that you want to hang out and cook, bake, chat. All the things. The shelf is amazing. I like the mirror but the right artwork completes it. Also the lampshades swap added just the right texture without taking away from the gorgeous shelf. You can look at each space separately but it works well together. 🔥👍🏼🙌🏽☺️

Hi Brandy! I like the artwork better mainly because the mirror seems "bulky" to me. I feel there's enough of that "heaviness" with the vessels up there and I think the artwork softens that up.a bit. I will say if you get more stacked dishes, etc. it may lighten up that space more with the white of the dishes. But I just love all of your pieces....your style resonates with me. I like the airy feeling of the new lampshades. I don't feel they draw the attention away from the rest of the kitchens as I felt the other shades did.

Great refresh! Maybe hot glue the lampshade at the metal rods and I think it should peel off when it needs to be removed later. Also, I think i like the artwork more.

I actually love the lamp shade change!! I was ready for it lol I “liked the baskets n’ all” but I could only think about ikea when I saw them. Love the shape of the PB ones u wouldn’t get that perfect wide circle at target, it would be a bit flared

Love your style- the new shades look a little expected & boring (just my opinion!) but I love the refresh and the shelf…. Definitely find kitchen artwork and maybe add greenery by the sink and in a empty pot on your shelf. Great job!

I love your vintage clay pots such a statement! I will say I put a mirror in my kitchen above my stove probably about a year ago and I have been obsessed with it! It lets in so much more light where I’m cooking and it just feels like a window!! I absolutely adore your style. I really like the black countertops. My mom has black granite and I’ve always admired it. It makes for a good neutral thats stayed looking current even though they were installed maybe 30 years ago. I can’t believe this is a rental! You’ve done a wonderful job making the space your own.

Great content, I like the artwork but not that piece for that space, it’s a cute placeholder until you find something. Studio McGee came out with an orange picture with an antique gold frame, of course not vintage but kinda cute online, have not seen in person. Happy New Year Brandy!

Hi 👋🏾 Brandy! I love your style and I appreciate your design model of using unique curated pieces vs overdone trends. Just a suggestion but would you consider adding extra large low profile baskets from like Bali or Mexico. Ones that don’t sit high but low & round above your cabinets on each side of the sink?
