2023 KX450 at Moto Xtreme

Oddly dry conditions at Moto Xtreme last week, but gotta learn how to adapt and ride anything! This is what keeps it fun. I had zero confidence in my bike as it was sliding all over and never really felt settled into the track. The Dunlop MX14 rear tire probably did not help either.

How do you like your 450? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on one, I ride a 250 and have been for a while now but everyone says "450 is too much power, it aint worth it unless you are racing" What's your thoughts on it? Anyways awesome video dude, keep shreddin' and stay safe.

I've been riding a 450 for about 10 years now. For me, I like having some extra power at my disposal in case I get into some trouble I can pull back out of it. I know the new 24 Kawasaki has been coined as "slow" but to me that means the power is useable. I also find it a little easier to ride if you can carry your momentum right. Just put it in 3rd and lug around. If you have buddies with a 450, talk them into letting you ride it to see what you think before spending a shit load of money. 🤙🏼
