5.4.4 must sound great in an average sized room. For the money I bet is probably the best bang for buck multi channel setup. Something sensible I would actually build and not spend a fortune.

I was hoping you were going to talk about some of the differences in how they sound, internal DAC grades, phono preamp grade… Apart from size, wattage, channels, and inputs… what’s really different?

Marantz 50 vs denon 4800 which is best to buy. I will not use internal amplifier of AVR. Will use external amplifier for all channels. So which will be best in sound quality. Thankyou

I’d there any benefit in buying the cinema 40 over the 50 if I’m planning to use the audio pre outs? Does the bigger power supply and the other things any difference in that scenario?

Short answer: buy the Cinema 50. Its 99.99% the same as the 40 if you don't use the internal amps.

40 has the traditional lights on the front that identifies the surround sound mode if that’s important for you to see. The 50 and 60 took that off

Always buying crap... And in the end wondering why something doesn't work... cause you go for those soundbar.. Amplifiers are too complex for you.

I have a question regarding the Cinema 60. I have Two Definitive 9020’s and I have the A90 atmos module toppers on the way. I was curious where I would plug in the speaker wire from the toppers in the back of the cinema 60. Thank you.

I have a Golden Ear Super cinema 3d Aray xl sound bar with super sub x and a pair of super sat 3 for back surrounds and a lg 65 inch oled I am going to upgrade my AVR I have a Intgera 50.3 now but I am looking at the Marantz cinema 40 or 50 and I want to put some definitive technology out door speakers for zone two can you give a good recommendation for my 5.1 system I am waiting sound quality and clear dialog I manly listen to music but I like movies to

I have a question. I just purchased the Marantz Cinema 60. I got it hooked up and everything was working great. The tv sound from the Arc worked perfectly. Then the Marantz did an update and now I cant get sound from the tv to my speakers. Only the 4k bluray player. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
