Great video! Im an avid whitetail shed hunter but have always been in awe of mosse paddles. One of these winters or spring I'm honna try it!

I look for deer, elk, and moose and can say there is nothing like walking up on a big moose paddle. Good luck if you get out!

I can’t believe you found that many paddles!! Do you usually look around clear cuts then?

I will admit I struck out a few years when I started getting into moose shed hunting. Over time you start to really dial it in and figure out their wintering habits. Yes, I look in clear cuts where they have good woody browse for the winter. I'm trying a brand new area this spring, stay tuned for hopefully another good find!

Hey I’ve been getting into shed hunting lately I’m 14 and was wondering what type of land I should be looking on low wet swamp with some balsam fur or whatever
@wildernessenthusiast4307 Жыл бұрын
Look in areas that have young growth of brush created by logging or burns. Areas with good cover, like the balsam fir, help as well. My videos kind f show you what kind of areas to look in. Good luck!

Where about's you at? Believe it or not, I like to stay as far away from shed hunters that I can.

Without disclosing the location could you tell me the general area where you are at?

I try to hit a few different places each spring throughout NE MN. Sorry, that's as specific as I'll get
