I've experienced zero durability issues with the new TourX. I was a little firm for me so I just ordered 3 doz RB Tours for a little softer feel and lower driver spin.

Used the rb tour today on the course and absolutely loved them. Was finding more fairways and greens than I’m normally used to getting. Lots of compression and lots of control. Will be my new gamers! Nice review, subbed.

Great to hear Eric! It’s definitely an impressive golf ball and competitive with pretty much anything out there imo 🙌

I’ve played with them first hand, one of the best performing balls on the market right now

Glad you spoke on durability. Most other reviews haven’t mentioned it. Good review!

The new model barely spins, the original spun like crazy but the covers were trashed after a few holes.

Seems like they're very similar to Prov1 and Prov1x in performance, so the durability issues essentially make them worthless when the price difference is so small

I think it’s all relative. Some people won’t mind having to go through extra balls, some people will. To me, the durability issues don’t make them “worthless” because the performance is actually very impressive. While I don’t disagree that they do compete with the ProV1 and ProV1X in terms of profile; These balls, imo, are actually slightly more balanced all the way around and don’t lean too far in one direction. They aren’t too spinny, aren’t too low spin, feel good, quick off the driver, extremely aerodynamic, decently priced, etc. If people can move past the durability aspect, I really believe we may see these in a fair amount of players bags 👍

I'm finding the durability to be excellent, but I'm a slower swing speed golfer. The old version was awful!!

That’s great to hear! Swing speed and course conditions can play a role for sure, but I agree it’s definitely a step up from the old model.
