Love so many things on this home. The laundry room, that master shower with extra long shelf and corner tow shelf! I also love the fireplace surround with the white planks. I typically dislike the shiny floors but since this floor is darker I don’t mind it as much. Nice home! Thanks for sharing!

Steve I am firm believer in the 3 garage door look. With the 3 doors the cars are not a cramped in the garage.

The limitations are the bridge heights, most are only 9 feet of clearance. Many large boats will require direct access, or otherwise called sailboat access which means no bridges. Less than 10-15% of all waterfront is direct gulf access. If you are interested watch my video on water lots where I review this. I think that is a good number. The gulf access is not perfect at about 50 minutes to open water and you are correct about the dock and lift. It is a beautiful home, and as they say it is worth what someone will pay. I like the 3 individual garage doors with the elevated center door roof pediment…nicely balanced and plays off the main entry raised roof pediment. Love the shower…front glass panel is dramatic and innovative rather than the usual solid wall walk around that hides all. Polished floors are pretty…but slippery, will need rugs. Beautiful home!

I love the polished floors ! My shark AI robot floor cleaner will keep it looking spick and span especially with the wet cleaner spills don't have a chance !

Gorgeous home Steve. In response to question on the 3 individual garage doors, I actually prefer it that way. One benefit is it does add a little more room between the vehicles than if you had one double door. It also adds a little bit more of a grand appearance to the home.

Having had a home in the past with three garage doors, but two cars, I would say that two wider doors and bays is more convenient...but the third offer convenience for other things
