Probably has a lot to do with the offsides call against Dee Ford back in 2019 as well that kept them out of the Super Bowl. Same deal, and it was the same argument after that game. Refs normally warn a coach before calling offsides, but they didn't. Again, not saying he was right or wrong, only his statement should be more accurately represented.
