Ok - question - how do you/ can you/did you make it so that your repeating tasks auto-populate? Is this something you can do and how. This would be so helpful!

Yes! You can use the database templates feature to create repeating tasks!

Do you have a tutorial on how to set up your Weekly planning page. I love this! Literally my first day trying to set up a Notion and it’s a little overwhelming but I know I’ll love it eventually so trying to push through that.

Hey! I don't have a specific tutorial on my Weekly Planning page as it's part of my Life Planner & Productivity Planner which can be found in my template shop. There is a learning curve to Notion, but definitely push through it because you're so right! You'll love it once you do!

This is probably the only notion template that's really worked for me, thank you for making this! I've just got a question about the daily overview widget - did you happen to use relations/roll ups to make that? I've been racking my brain for ages on how to make something like that but to no avail 😅Again, really love your stuff and can't wait to watch more of your videos :)

Yay! I’m so glad you’re loving it! Yes I did use relations/roll ups. Quite a few of them 😝 I also used formulas to help me calculate and pull out the specific data I wanted. If you’re wanting to learn more about using Notion in that way, feel free to browse through the properties to see what I did! It’s a great way to learn. 😇

Hey there! I did that section with relations, roll ups, and formulas. I essentially created a column in the original database of information I wanted, rolled it up into the display database, then wrote a formula to show it in sentence form!

​@@abhisheksakpal484 I normally use the concat() function, it allows you to string text together with other properties separated by a comma! Just include whatever your text will be inside quotations (" ") and make sure to use the format() function on any properties that might not return text!

Hi, yes! The most up-to date video is my 2024 tour, but it includes my Meal Planner, Trip Planner, and Finance Planner as well. Everything else shown is in the Productivity Planner!

It's essentially just a way to keep my brain dump space clean! I dump all my tasks there and then "sort" them. Then they go to my weekly list or someday list.

Hi, I’m looking forward to buy your template, but I was wondering if there’s a way of syncing Google Calendar’s agenda to Notion’s, because I work from home and all my daily tasks are based on how many time I have left after my remote meetings. Is it possible or would I have to manually add them to my events calendar?

Hey! Great question. You can import a Google Calendar into Notion, but if you have multiple calendars on Google you can only show one at a time :/ It's also really just a display box rather than something you can reference within Notion. That's why I've ended up just adding things to Notion itself. I am going to be looking into the Cron calendar to see what the option is there, I know Notion has been working a lot on integrating into that platform! But as of right now I'm just adding events into Notion. I've updated the template to include a time-blocking table as well, which kind of acts more like Google Calendar would over just adding your events into Notion. This might be more helpful for you to visualize the time you have left in your days!

I'm glad you created a weekly and daily scheduler that integrates with the goal setting database. However, it would have been helpful if you started from the goal setting and worked your way down to the daily scheduler. This video does not show us how all these work together. Can you edit this video and show how all this works together? This is something I would need to see before purchasing so I know if it's really what I need.

Hey Patricia, I can see your point. My goal setting process is separate from my weekly planning process. During my goal setting process, I create my action plan and assign task due dates. The connection between the two systems is within the master task list. When I add my action items within each goal they will auto*magic*ally link to my master task list and show up within my weekly planning and daily planning pages on the date I assigned them! 😊 I only reference my goals for quarterly review or at the beginning of the year when I set them up.
