This is an engine that should still be in production. Ram should have done what GM has done, make a diesel affordable.

Agreed! I’m a fan of the ecodiesel…. Just get rid of the DEF system and the engine would run for days!

The 2014 through 2019 had a lot of engine problems due mainly to the emission mandated by the USA EPA. Fewer engine issues after engine was redesigned for 2020 to this final build year 2023.

Not exactly due to the shortage in cars we don’t know exactly what we are viewing before the video. But we will actually start studying more as the dealers stock up on cars.

I gave you a 👍🏻 on the video but come on man, do a dry run first and learn the parts of the truck you’re going to highlight. Fender flares, running boards. Ram stamp? It’s a plastic molded emblem. Ride height not ground clearance since increasing ground clearance would require taller tires to raise the axles. You did get the Oh Shit handles right 👍🏻

Yessir. Ram will end production of the 1500 pickup's EcoDiesel engine. The latest generation of the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 came out in 2020 but I don't believe this engine will take you to 300k miles. I hope I'm wrong.

With a 3.92 you're going to get maybe 23-24 mpg on the highway, the 29 is only with 3.21. You incorrect stated the towing capacity, which you could have checked by looking at the sticker on the vehicle itself. It's around 9600 with the 3.92 not 7200 which is with the 3.21 rear axle ratio. This is the most boring, unoptioned Limited 1500 I've ever seen.
