Thanks Khalid. And thanks for providing your insight as always. I feel it’s important to discuss these aspects in a car because of you own it these are the things that you will be dealing with daily. Have to make sure we are happy with the entire car as a whole and understand it’s pros and cons and can then make the best decision to suit our needs.

Great vid, and was also great bumping into you today #tikka 😋 I had the older captur and that too had a very noticeable lag on the turbo, and didn't feel safe as a result (sudden bursts of speed can't be safe!) Also this new shape has been in Europe since around 2018,sadly SA only gets it now. My Renault needed a timing chain replaced at low mileage (luckily while in warranty), but left a bad taste for me with the brand in general. Nobody I know with a Renault is happy, and fully agree that it's not worth that price point. Lol, I also test drove the Kiger and it felt like a Kwid on high heels like Musi Sambo said

Was great meeting you as well. The lag is not fun. Takes away from the driving experience. Yes it is sad that SA gets this car so late. Covid caused a delay in receiving it. That's hectic that you needed a timing belt change so early. Pity about that. Lol yes that is an accurate description on the Kiger. From all the Renaults I drove the Duster felt the best.
