my riding partner went down in a left 25 mph curve. he admitted he was going too fast for the curve and hit the right guard rail. that spit him off the bike and onto the road. broken right elbow and ankle, deep laceration to both also and major road rash to both arms and back. now we had minimal gear on as it was 90 degrees, our fault. all of us are shook up and i have a new respect for a trike. i have not ridden one yet but i will, soon. i believe if he hit the guard rail on a trike, there would be a different outcome. it totaled his bike also.

She has more riding experience than me :) I understood what she was thinking, not being familiar with how reverse worked on the trike. She was thinking the throttle controlled everything. Push the button to go, then how do you stop?
